When I was reading advertising in school, I wanted to be copywriter after graduation so that I could brainwash people to buy things.
Sadly, I could not brainwash any agency to hire me as a copywriter and as a result I did not win any advertising award. Well, the consolation is that now I get to be the copywriter for my websites. Yeah!
As I am effectively bilingual in Chinese and English, I am pretty good in translation as well. I am better in Chinese-English translation, though.
Translating the other way round gives me headache.
I also tried my hands to be a song writer, and did pen some songs. When performed live at a few occasions, nobody booed.
As I am not good as John and Paul, I decided not to go full time.
